New York-based designer Karim Rashid has created a range of products for companies worldwide. Known for his work with new materials such as plastics, foams, and synthetic fabrics, Rashid applies a spare yet sensuous aesthetic to his designs, and believes strongly in reaching a broad audience and inspiring a sense of well-being through design. His product designs include Umbra’s highly successful Oh Chair and Garbino waste basket, the Dirt Devil KONE vacuum, and packaging for Issey Miyake, Yves Saint Laurent, Estée Lauder, and Method. His products are included in a number of museum collections, and he has lectured widely on industrial design. – Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum, Smithsonian Institution

I like this set called “Creemy”.  It has great little handles which create interest and the white pops in any setting. Check out his awesome website! It twinkles.
